3. User Responsibilities

4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Users may schedule services through our website or by contacting our office directly. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
